These models are UV Mapped. Each Maya file is in layers to access the 'clean' or 'dirty' versions of each model. Signs are all clean but texture is higher res for easy manipulation. Bumps, Specualars included. You can mix and match models easily. This set lets you concentrate more on your scene w/ out having to stop and model boring stuff :)
